SHIPPING POLICY

Our plants are shipped from De Klinge (Belgium) all across Europe.
We aim to ship our plants as safely and securely as possible and use high quality packing materials to ensure a clean and healthy arrival. To be able to provide you with the highest quality, we do not ship plants for long distances in extreme weather conditions. If you want to be absolutely sure, we can always arrange a pick-up time!

PICK-UPS

If you're a bit picky and want to be sure you get the best specimen in stock, come and pay us a visit!

You can pick up your purchases at our home in De Klinge. Just select 'pick up' while checking out and we will send you an email to determine the best possible time for you to stop by and pick up your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We prefer not to ship plants around too much. Returning your plant back to us might cause the plant more stress than it can take. To avoid problems it is important that you check your order immediately on arrival for any damage. If the plant you ordered isn't all that fresh, don't worry! We can work things out.

If you are unhappy with the state of your plant upon arrival, take a few pictures of the state it arrived in and send them to us. We will evaluate the state of the plant according to these pictures and we’ll try to make it right!

Under European Union law you have a standard 14 day period to return any order. Perishable products (such as plants), however, are exempted from this. Since we are dealing with live plants and can’t guarantee the plant’s well-being during a two week period, we can only offer a period of 3 days to state any problems with your order and return it to us. We will create a shipping label for you and you can ship the plants back to us in the original packaging it came in. After we have received the plant and have inspected it, we will refund you.

But, beware! Since we are dealing in high-end plants all of our specimens are photographed prior to shipping. If the plant is deliberately damaged, clipped, returned in a different packaging or has been repotted by the buyer, we will not refund the purchase. Additionally, if you choose to return your plant and apply for a refund, a €10 fee, as well as the costs of shipping and return, will be withheld from the refund value.
